GIFT Jeans Days

Island Savings Jeans Day

On the last Friday of each month Island Savings staff help to raise funds for charity through our monthly “Jeans Day” events at all of our locations. During these days, all staff members have the opportunity to participate by wearing jeans and more casual clothing for a nominal fee of $5 to benefit a local charity in their community.

In 2016 Island Savings staff raised just over $8,860 for 18 different non-profit agencies whose programming aligns with our Growing Island Families Together program is helping to improve the quality of life for island children, youth and their families.

*New for 2017. All Jeans Day donations will help benefit our island food banks through our signature cause the Full Cupboard which is raising food, funds and awareness so that no island child goes hungry!
